In Seattle where rezoning in some residential neighborhoods are causing some frenzy for some investors and home owners looking for the possibility to add additional square footage for attached or detached dwelling unit, I can help clients do research on what is allowed by codes today and what may be allowed in the future once rezoning law is passed.
